Announcing the 2026 Fall Drumline Camp, an exciting 4-part drum series at the WDC! Drums are provided and the focus is on having fun! Open to women, 16+.

Dr. Cindi Glidden-Tracey will introduce the concepts and describe the methods of Rhythmic Restructuring. The techniques include mindful breathing, thought stopping with thought replacement, and entraining self-messages with matched cadence on a drum or with hands and feet.

A gyil is an African xylophone played with mallets. No experience is necessary, and gyils will be provided.
