The WOMEN’S DRUM CENTER (WDC) creates vitality, resilience, and interconnectedness through world percussion. We are a performing arts non-profit organization located in St. Paul, MN and have five ensemble groups that celebrate traditions based in Ghana, Guinea, Brazil, and Japan. While the WDC functions as a woman-founded community space centering women, we offer drumming for people of all gender identities. Classes, drum circles, workshops, and rehearsals are held primarily at the WDC studio. We also offer customized workshops focused on wellness, team-building, and more all around the Twin Cities area. All WDC events focus on community and fun!
