Tai Chi movements daily can help: lower blood pressure; increase circulation; aid digestion; assist in weight loss; improve muscle flexibility and balance; increase energy and productivity; enhance clarity and peace of mind as well as reduce stress. Imagine combining this practice with the Ocean Drum.
Come learn the Easy Tai Chi Movements and then we will combine them with the Ocean Drum for added stress reduction and relaxation as we listen to the sounds of the Ocean as we slowly move to the soft beautiful music. We will have Ocean drums available for use and you will go home with a hand out of the various moves. Wear comfortable clothing. No experience necessary.
