Drumming Up Our Animal Companions with SoulCollage®

Join us in this class where we use the drum as our meditative tool to drum up the energies of the Companion Suit of your Animal Totem SoulCollage® cards. Start your deck of 7 beautiful Chakra cards collaged by you to use in daily readings.

This is such a meditative process. Have fun looking through old magazines, old photos, and catalogues looking for the animal you are intuitively drawn to that represents the seven Chakras . If you have images of the animals you are drawn to already bring them along.  Although you might not understand why exactly, you felt an emotional connection with that image and tore out that page but you may learn later at a different time in your life why that animal has meaning to you and the Chakra it corresponds with. You cut carefully around the image and move it around on a background you have chosen until it feels right. You then glue it down on a mat board card. The SoulCollage® card practically makes itself.

Treat yourself to an evening of peaceful bliss as you are immersed in your card making. After we finish our cards we will make a beautiful mandala on the floor with the cards and drum as we honor them and take turns being in the center and feeling the energy of the animal totem cards.

Cards, magazines, glue and scissors will be provided. It is hard to make a complete deck in this amount of time so you will go home with blank cards to finish your deck if needed.  What animal appears in your life the most? What does this animal mean to you?  Start your Animal Companion Suit of cards.
